Photos
Photos are sent to an external AI video service so it can generate the clip. They are deleted within 7 days of upload. If a video is still being made at that point, the photo stays until it finishes, then it is deleted. We do not sell photos.
Account
An account stores your email and, if you use Google, the Google account id, so your videos stay with you on this site.
Orders
We keep the email, plan, amount, PayPal order and capture ids, and job status so we can deliver the file and handle a refund. Finished videos stay available on the private order link for 30 days, then the file is deleted.
PayPal
PayPal processes the payment. Their privacy policy is at paypal.com/legalhub/privacy-full. We learn whether the capture completed. We do not store your card number.
Behavior on this site
A first-party monitor records page views, scroll depth, button clicks, upload starts and results, checkout opens, PayPal cancels and errors, payment captures, render results, and downloads. It also stores a visitor cookie and a 30-minute session cookie, plus referrer and utm tags when you arrive with them. This is how the queue and the funnel are checked. Those events stay on this site and are not sold. Page views are also counted by Plausible and Google Analytics. Their scripts load from plausible.io and googletagmanager.com. There is no advertising pixel.
Deletion requests
Photos are already removed within 7 days, and finished videos after 30 days, as described above. If you want an order looked at sooner, write to the address below with the private order link. We cannot recover a file after it has been deleted.
